Our award winning Training Academy was set up in 2006 to provide training for all levels of staff and to offer our employees the opportunity to achieve qualifications and in turn to provide our customers with a better service. This custom built facility in Canary Wharf offers a practical training platform and space to use during our staff orientation days and training courses.
Our company ethos is to ensure that our employees are not only skilled at fulfilling their duties, but also to make sure that they are provided with the necessary resources and environment to flourish and reach their full potential.
It is our belief that ongoing training helps to develop a committed team and encourages people in their career path. We actively promote from within, and employees are offered courses to help advance their skills, knowledge and professionalism.
Every one of our new team members undertakes our orientation programme which introduces them to our business, our ethos, how we operate and what we expect from them. In more detail, the programme covers the vision and values of our business, our portfolio of services, our head office and regional teams and how they support them, our reward and recognition programmes, appearance and grooming standards, as well as our holiday booking procedures, absence, timekeeping, health and safety and CSR policies.
